Have been very unhappy with her since last yr, well, tok abt gift exchange on X'mas eve las yr, asked if we r celebratin bdae for her s her bdae is on 25th Dec.Shit!!! Song n i bot an espirit watch for her, Wei bot a guess wallet, n she's stil lookin so unhappy. CB. When it comes to gift exchange, i bot sometin diff for her, bt i purposely bot sometin exactly e same for my 2 pals. Of cos 'S' face turns black when my pal opened her gift. All of us agreed tht our gift shld be ard 20bucks, bt tht bitch, got sometin less than $10 for each of us. CCB!

Nvm, doesn't matter, mayb is e heart tht counts. On my bdae, wich is 3 days after 'S', we went ktv for a celebrations. Sometimes, is really e hearts tht counts, it doesn't matter hw much ur gift is, even if is a handmade stuff, i wil b thankful. But, tht Bitch, she got me a cheaporado white color singlet wrapped in a crumpled pink paper, wif a aunty plastic bag. I mean, i rather u dun got me anytin, im nt a beggar.

And she's e only one who's waitin for me to foot e bills. Is alrite, lai ri fang chang. I wil put up her pics when i hv time..hehe

Rivervale resident Lynn Tan wrote in to STOMP to relate a rude shock she received when she got water from her tap on Saturday (6 January) morning. This was her email to us. 
“All along I thought our water from our taps in Singapore is clean and safe.
This was an awakening for me when I turned on my tap to boil water to make coffee in the morning.  I made another refill intending to boil to fill up my jug and realised it was very cloudy and had things floating in it.

I immediately called the Town Council in Sengkang and the officer said this was the first complaint they received that morning. They sent the nominated contractor to look into this urgently and I said they could see the dirty water which I had in my jug.

The contractor came and went to the common corridor water metre reading cabinet and dismantled the water pipe. Out came all the sand and dirty water. When I asked the contractor why there were sand and dirt in the pipe, he said that the cleaning of water tank was in process. I showed him the dirty water and he apologised for the unfortunate incident.

I asked staff frm Town Council, Philip, if there was any fixed cleaning schedule in place and he said it depends…And when I further asked him if there is any notification being sent to the residents, he said he would look into my feedback. 

So till now, I stare hard at the water I am drinking…  I am not sure how this will affect one's health in the long term.”

I guess human beings do make mistake, y make life so difficult when others hv already apologised. Haiz, typical S'g.

Very creepy feeling looking at the photo….Don't look too long, else nightmare…….

Here is how the story goes…

Mr History teacher did a search, and indeed, the photo was real. It belonged to the 1920s, a village in China. The girl was only 17. She came from a well off family, and with the power of money, she managed to get the boy of her dreams. He was 19, and was quite popular among the girls given his good looks.

They were engaged, but the marriage wasn't consummated, or rather, the official wedding rituals were not performed yet, and the girl died from high fever in 1922. The boy had no wish to go through the traditional wedding rites for the dead, and he decided to run away and join the army.
But as mentioned, the girl came from a rich and powerful family, and her family members managed to get him back, and the boy was forced to attend the wedding rites with the dead girl.

The photo was taken in the early evening, when she was already dead for 6 days. They had to prop her body up with a wooden plank, so as to hold her up. Notice that her feet weren't touching the ground fully? And also, the
2 rows of Chinese characters, one row was carved outwards, which was said to be meant for the dead.

They said that if you were to stare at the photo longer, and if the girl were to smile back at you, bad things are said to befall on you. This was because the boy wasn't willing to go through the rites, however, he was poor, and he couldn't do much that time. The girl loved him deeply, and kind of forced him into engagement.

Creepy? u decide it yourself….i dint feel or see her smiling back at me anyway….

Taken frm Stomp. Shame on them, ther din even apologise to e owner of tht blue car. Eventhough annoucement have been made to e idiots, bt it took them 2hrs to retrieve their cars.

According to Ms Teo, the Subaru SUV driver “denied any responsibility” when confronted, and his wife even commented that “this was not a matter of life-and-death.”

If im e lady owner, i wld mk my pup run all over their cars(scratches or beautiful lines for their cars). Anyway is nt a matter of life-and-death wat! Who cares!
